CTC Global is run by a dedicated, highly capable management team, with decades of experience in the development, growth and operation of both transmission-owning utility companies and in technology companies, including the development and use of composite materials. The team has guided CTC Global through the process of product development, manufacturing, product placement, customer acceptance and now rapid sales growth, with our combined skills in business, technical, application, and marketing.
J.D. SITTON—Chief Executive Officer
GABRIEL TASHJIAN—Chief Operating Officer
Gabriel Tashjian joined CTC in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he leads CTC’s global manufacturing, supply chain management, quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and facilities management organizations. Prior to joining CTC Global, Gabriel served as GE’s corporate digital transformation leader for customer experience and immediately prior to that as managing director of GE’s Industrial Solutions Panel Builder business unit. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy and technology sectors. He has held a variety of management roles in a broad range of operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Regarded as a transformative leader he has successfully founded, led and guided small and medium size enterprises to sustainable sales growth in rapidly changing global markets. Gabriel graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

MARVIN SEPE—Senior Vice President
Marvin W. Sepe has over 25 years of experience advancing start-up and mezzanine level companies, introducing new products, expanding international operations and establishing distribution channels, strategic partnerships and capital raises. He joined CTC in February 2006, and formerly served as President of CTC Cable Corporation and DeWind, Inc. Prior to joining CTC, Marvin held positions as President at JMAR Semiconductor Inc. and Director of Programs and Business Development at the Components International subsidiary of TRW. He has an undergraduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
ANNE MCDOWELL—Vice President Commercial Operations
BILL WEBB—Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining CTC as Manager of Technology Support, Bill Webb was recognized as a Technical Fellow in his role as technical service engineer for Cytec Engineering Materials. During his years at Cytec, Mr. Webb specialized in BMI tooling materials, where he pioneered the process of machining composite laminates to achieve tight tolerances in support of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner development effort. Mr. Webb has worked on development programs for multiple industry-leading flight and marine platforms involving extensive use of composite materials. As Vice President of Engineering Mr. Webb is responsible for CTC’s design, product development, manufacturing process support and internal and external testing and certification programs. Mr. Webb holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Physics degree from Dalton College (Georgia).
JOHN MANSFIELD—Vice President Strategic Development
John has over thirty years of international management experience in sales & marketing, business development and operations. John’s career has included manufacturing, technology and service launches in the renewable energy, automotive, power generation and business outsourcing industries. Prior to joining CTC, John served as Vice President for Infinia Corporation. During his tenure at Infinia, John led the formation and management of joint ventures and operating entities in Spain, India, and the United States including the launch of the initial state of the art production facility developed around the Toyota Production System and an automotive production model. Previous experience included management positions at Capstone Turbine Corporation and AlliedSignal Inc., where he directed the project team responsible for establishing AlliedSignal’s first wholly owned subsidiary in China. John holds a Master of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
ERIC JOHNSON—Director of Field and Technical Services
Eric Johnson is a field and technical services veteran with 25+ years of successful product support, operations and customer service experience. Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Johnson served in a number of operating and technical roles for Infinia Corporation (now Qnergy, based in Ogden, Utah) including management and direction of Infinia’s service organization. He served in similar capacities at Capstone Turbine Corporation. Mr. Johnson is focused on building field and technical solutions that serve the users and installers of ACCC.
